And they have great stories. Now, the story doesn\u2019t even have to be related to what you do. It can be anything amazing or interesting about them. It\u2019s a great excuse to get to know customers a little better.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT: Ask your customer for permission to share their story and photo. Photo by Becky McCray<\/p><\/div>\n<p>What can you share about your customers?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What do they do for work, studies or profession?<\/li>\n<li>Who is in their family?<\/li>\n<li>What\u2019s interesting about them?<\/li>\n<li>What causes matter to them personally?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bonus points: Do it live!<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Why not tell your customer&#8217;s story in a quick live video on Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat or TikTok? Maybe even invite them to join you, like a mini-interview.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Save that video, then post it to your website or other social channels.<\/p>\n<h2>Multiply it: Like and share<\/h2>\n<p>While you\u2019re online, look up your local business buddies. See if they have posted their mini-stories yet.
